Annual meeting, election calendar     Friday, February 26, 3 p.m. – Deadline for filing “Notice of Intent to Run” forms and Candidate Statements for 2010-2012 Directors’ seats to be on ballot.         Friday, February 26 – Posting of Candidates in CLPOA Administrative Building lobby bulletin board.         Friday, March 5 – Announcement of Candidates placed in The Friday Flyer.         Friday, March 19 – Record date to determine members entitled to meeting notice and eligible to vote.         Monday, April 5 – Mail Notice of Annual Meeting, Candidate Statements and Secret Ballot         Tuesday, April 6 – Balloting by mail commences         Wednesday, April 14 – Chamber of Commerce “Meet the Candidates Luncheon”         Monday, April 26 – Home Owners Club “Meet the Candidates Night”         Tuesday, May 18 – Annual Meeting (exact meeting time to be determined). If quorum is established, inspectors will proceed to open and tabulate ballots. If quorum is not met, adjournment to alternate meeting date.         Thursday, May 20 – Tentative Adjourned Annual Meeting Date (exact time to be determined).
