City Connection: Smart investor

     Brittiny Counts, winner of the Smart Investing Virtual Stock Exchange game held at the Library throughout February, is pictured with her dad, James Counts, and the new computer she won. Contest participants started off with $1,000 of virtual money and, by following the tips given in the website, worked to increase the amount.
