POA website provides forms and documents The POA website, www.canyonlakepoa.com, makes it much easier for residents to get forms and documents to take care of business in Canyon Lake and to understand how the Canyon Lake Property Owners Association is organized and governed. The links column on the left side of the home page has a section called “Document Center” that gives residents access to every document the POA provides. Click on Document Center and one is given five choices: “Forms,” “General Documents,” “Governing Documents,” “30-Day Readings,” “Minutes and Agendas” and “Reports.” Clicking on “Governing Documents” will take one to the Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions (CC&Rs) for each tract in the Association, as well as Architectural Guidelines, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and CLPOA Rules and Regulations. Under “Minutes and Agenda,” one can read the official minutes of the regular session Board meetings. Under the link for “30-day Readings,” members can read and are invited to send comments regarding Action Items under consideration by the Board of Directors. Each year POA Standing Committees present a report of their activities. The 2007-2008 reports can be found by clicking on “POA Reports.” Also included under this link is the 2009 Fiscal Year Budget and Schedule of Fees. An “Archives” link in the Document Center will take one to documents from 2006 and 2007. |
