Cooking class to be held next week

     Art of a different form, the next cooking class at the Lodge will be held Wednesday, September 10 at 7 p.m. and will be conducted by Kelly Kingman, a former teacher of gourmet cooking classes in Canyon Lake sponsored by the former Gourmet and Wine Club. Kelly attended the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley and has catered gourmet sit-down dinners in Canyon Lake. She will demonstrate her skills with a chicken cordon bleu entrée, plus salad, side dishes and wine. The cost is $40. To register, call the Lighthouse at 244-6841, ext. 723.
