Roly-poly owls decorated the wall at Blue Bird Hall after this week's craft time.

YMCA News

The study of nature is on the curriculum this month at the YMCA, which continues to meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at Blue Bird Hall. The free program focuses on pre-school activities with parent participation, crafts, music and friendship.
Craft materials are available on a first come, first served basis. This week, kids made roly-poly owls from paper bags and a squirrel’s nest. Next week, in celebration of the arrival of fall, they will paint “Autumn Arms” and create pinecone bird feeders.
Site Director Celia Sawyer can be reached at 275-6044. Activities Coordinator and photographer is Renee Smith.
