Congratulations to Nancy, Barry and Jordan for their successful campaigns in our spirited election for Canyon Lake City Council. I wish the newly constituted Council well as it works to promote quality of life in Canyon Lake and address the near- and longer-term challenges facing our fair city.
I believe that now that the voters have spoken (loudly and clearly), Canyon Lakers will pull together, work to identify solutions to our problems, build consensus in support of solutions and act to get some positive things done. I hope to contribute to this process and, to this end, I’ve recently launched a new Community Forum on my website: www.MyCanyonLake.net.
I truly enjoyed our recent election process – mostly because it gave me the opportunity to meet many residents and discuss one of my favorite topics: the wellbeing of Canyon Lake. As a result, my faith in our community is stronger than ever.
