Street sweeper cleans streets twice monthly

     The street sweeper, Interstate Sweeping Services, was in town this week, which may lead many who are new to the community to wonder what the street-sweeping schedule is each month. In general, the street sweeper is in the community the second and fourth weeks of each month, with sweeping taking place Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
     Scheduled for cleaning on Wednesdays are Vacation Dr. and Longhorn Dr. and all their arteries from Canyon Lake Dr. North to the Campground. This includes Cove View St.
     Scheduled for cleaning on Thursdays are Canyon Lake Dr. North and all its arteries, and part of Canyon Lake Dr. South and arteries on the south side of the road from the Main Causeway to Calcutta Dr.
     Scheduled for cleaning on Fridays are all the streets in the Fairway Estates, as well as Blackhorse Dr. and Sorrel Ln. in the Canyon Lake Estates. Also cleaned on Fridays are Canyon Lake Dr. South and all its arteries from the Main Gate to Gray Fox Dr., including Continental Dr. and all its arteries.
     Next month, streets will be cleaned on February 13, 14, 15, 27, 28 and 29.
