Taco Tuesday fun has begun

     Canyon Lakers are enjoying the ever-popular Taco Tuesday events and are gathering at the Lodge by the hundreds. The fun starts each week at 5 p.m. and continues until 9. Geared toward family fun, the event features a jump house and a water slide for the younger set, thanks to the ABC Bounce Company.
     Though picnic tables are available, Canyon Lake residents are welcome to bring their own lawn chairs and party on the beach or lawn as well.
      The menu includes tacos, nachos, churros, hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, sno-cones, sodas, beer, wine and margaritas. Prices for these items range from $1 to $3 and can be purchased in the Poolside Room, with a bar set up in the area at the foot of the staircase.
     Entertainment for the four-hour weekly event is provided by Mike Shroyer of Good Time Entertainment and features karaoke, music and games.
