The next meeting will be held Friday, March 10, from 6:45 to 9 p.m. at the Lodge. As usual, the attire for young ladies is dresses, gloves (preferably wrist length) and proper footwear. Shoes must have heel straps. Flats or very low heels are best. Young gentlemen should wear dress slacks, long-sleeved dress shirts and tie under a suit coat, sport coat, vest or sweater vest. Promptness is mandatory. Ed reminds parents, since it is almost spring, stores will stock all types of vests, coats and other clothes for boys and now is a good time to get them for the rest of the year. He notes there are still too many boys not adhering to the dress code. Also, Cotillion is still in need of more boys. This month's lecture will be on invitations and RSVPs and there will be no particular theme. Start planning now for Mad Hatter night, which will be in May. "Originality always wins the good stuff," says Ed. Once again, Cotillion couples will be performing at Fiesta Day so students should start thinking about getting a dance partner. Ed will be available for as many special practices with small groups as necessary, in order to bring everyone up to speed. For further information, call him at 244-4500. |
