Standing Committee Schedule
Appeals Committee
The Appeals Committee meets on the fourth Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the POA Board Room. However, because of the holiday, the next meeting is January 27.
ACC
The Architectural Control Committee meets every Thursday at 1 p.m. in the POA Board Room. The next meeting is January 27.
Community Patrol Committee
This committee meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 10:30 a.m. in the POA Board Room. The next meeting is February 15.
Equestrian Committee
This committee meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Towne Center Conference Room. The next meeting February 16.
Greens Committee
The Greens Committee meets on the first Monday of each month at 6 p.m. in the Magnolia Room at the Country Club. The next meeting will be February 7.
Facilities Review Committee
This committee meets the second Tuesday of the month in the POA Board Room. The next meeting will be held February 8.
Fairway Estates Committee
This committee meets quarterly in the Magnolia Room at the Country Club at 1:30 p.m. The next meeting will be February 10.
Finance Committee
The Finance Committee meets on the first Thursday of each month at 9:30 a.m. in the POA Board Room. The next meeting is February 3.
Lake-Marina Committee
This committee meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 7 p.m. at Towne Center Conference Room. The next meeting is January 24.
Long Range Planning Committee
The Long Range Planning Committee meets at 8 a.m. on the third Thursday of each month in the Corporate Conference Room. However, the next meeting is January 27.
Parks and Beaches Committee
This committee meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 8:30 a.m. in Sunset Beach Room. The next meeting is January 24.
Senior Center Committee
This committee meets the first Tuesday of each month in the Senior Center at 9 a.m. The next meeting is February 8.
Tuesday Work Group
The Tuesday Work Group meets on the last Tuesday of each month in the Magnolia Room at 1 p.m. from October through June. The next meeting is January 25.
Youth Action Council
The Youth Action Council meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 3:30 p.m. in the POA Board Room. The next meeting is February 8.
